I’m 32 years old, a husband and a new father. Since you’re on my page, I guess you have also noticed I am a real estate agent. Although, I’m not quite the normal agent. Most realtors sell you a property- whether it truly fits your situation or not, and you never hear from them again. That’s where I’m a little different! I think of myself as a coach, and that’s what I’m referred to as at my office, Rockstar Real Estate Brokerage. I think the name says it all. I work with you from the minute you realize you want to make a lifestyle change and we figure out how best to do that. Sometimes the answer is not always real estate, but I can show you how it could completely change your life. 

I used to be an HVAC technician working 10 hours a day, 6 days a week at a local company. I soon realized I wasn’t getting ahead. My wife and I started renting out the basement in our first house to help with our mortgage payment, it was then we realized the opportunity that most have not realized themselves. Not only is it a great way for first time home buyers to get into the market, but if you take it a step further, you can actually quit that 9-5 job to spend all your time with your family. And that is the definition of my “Rockstar Life”. I specialize in showing you how to do this, because truly, almost anyone can. It’s not overly complicated, all it takes is some trust in me and the want on your end to make a change. 

My wife and I have now taken this to the next step, we own numerous properties and neither of us work anymore. Our cashflow from our properties pays for our life. Since then I’ve become a “real estate agent” to teach others how to do the same and walk them through every step.
